Have a Federal or State Government issued identification card.

No criminal history has been found by CrimShield in the following categories:

1. No felonies for the past ten (10) years
2. No violent misdemeanors for the last five (5) years.
3. No theft related misdemeanors in the past five (5) years.
4. No drug related misdemeanor within the last five (5) years.
5. No  sex crimes or a crime involving children, ever.
6. No pending or looming legal action which may result in a misdemeanor or felony conviction.
